Bali Discovery Tours is an award-winning DMC (Destination Management Company) with the separate divisions of the Company specializing in:
- E-travel to Bali Indonesia via two main websites – www.balidiscovery.com and www.ayokebali.com
- Inbound Destination Management providing support to major overseas wholesalers, tour groups, film teams and product launches.
- Meetings, Conferences and Exhibitions – www.balidiscoveryevents.com
- Sports division – operators of the BIZNET Bali International Triathlon and BII Maybank Bali International Marathon.
- Publications Division – publishers of Bali Update an award-winning newsletter on Bali tourism sent to more than 29,000 subscribers each week and the Bali MICE Guide – the only comprehensive guide to meetings and conferences in Bali published yearly and distributed worldwide.

General Requirements
- Indonesian citizens, male or female
- University/Academy Graduate or past experience work experience
- Ability to work to adapt to flexible working hours
- Strong knowledge on Bali tourism industry
- Strong Customer Service focus
Specific Requirements
Travel Desk Staff (TD)
- Good communication skill in English, written & spoken
- Willing to work in 5 star hotel setting, assisting guest with local travel arrangement
- Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel & Internet)
- Min. 2 years experience in tourism industry
- Able to customize Bali travel itineraries to meet individual clients needs
- Strong character & leadership
- Strong presentation skill & sales oriented
- Creative, motivated & outgoing
- Good team player
- Able to work under pressure
Travel Consultant (TC)
- Good communication skill in English, written & spoken
- Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel & Internet)
- Min. 2 years experiencein Reservation or Sales Departments.
- Able to customize Bali & beyond travel itineraries to meet individual clients needs
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good customer skills
- Organized and able to respond quickly
- Strong character & leadership
- Creative, motivated, outgoing & good in negotiation skill
Senior Event Coordinator (SEC)
- Good communication skill in English, written & spoken
- Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel & Internet)
- Min. 4 years experience in MICE or Sales Departments
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good customer skills
- Organized and able to respond quickly
- Strong character & leadership
- Creative, motivated, outgoing & good in negotiation skill
Event Coordinator (EC)
- Good communication skill in English, written & spoken
- Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel & Internet)
- Min. 3 years experience in MICE or Sales Departments
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good customer skills
- Organized and able to respond quickly
- Strong character & leadership
- Creative, motivated, outgoing & good in negotiation skill
Accounting Staff (AS)
- Female and Not Married
- Good communication skill in English is preferable
- Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Internet)
- Has a basic accounting
- Know MYOB well
- Min. 2 years experience
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work over time
