- Hotel Link Solutions Bali - Client Services Team Member (HLS-3) – 4 positions
Hotel Link Solutions Bali (a division of PT Bali Discovery Tours) is the exclusive agent in Bali for Hotel Link Solutions Limited (HLS) Hong Kong (a joint venture of the WHL Group HK and Resonline, a large travel technology organisation based in Australia). General Requirements
- Indonesian citizens, male or female
- University/Academy Graduate or past experience work experience
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours
- A strong interesting in working in the travel industry and in online marketing.

Specific Requirements
Under licenses from Hotel Links Solutions Limited, Hotel Link Solutions Bali (HLS Bali) is launching an innovative digital marketing solution aimed at providing a highly-effective digital marketing solution for accommodation providers of all sizes, from small homestays and villas through to 5 star hotels. HLS Bali will be providing cloud based IT systems including web sites, booking engines, online payment solutions, channel manager tools and social media packages.
Given the above, experience in the accommodation industry in areas such as online sales and marketing and/or in e-commerce /IT would be particularly useful.
Overseas training will be provided for key members of the HLS-Bali team with attractive salary packages and incentives available.
Positions
Hotel Link Solutions Bali - Client Coordinator (HLS-2)
- Good communication skill in English, written & spoken
- Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Internet)
- Min. 3 years experience as a Webmaster, Data Manager or Systems Administrator
- Organized and able to respond quickly
- Able to work to a deadline
- Strong character & leadership
- Strong presentation skill & sales oriented
- Creative, motivated, outgoing & good in negotiation skill
- Good team player
- Able to work under pressure
Hotel Link Solutions Bali - Client Services Team Member (HLS-3) – 4 positions
- Moderate communication skill in English, written & spoken
- Experience as secretary. data input, editing, journalism or hotel sales.
- Familiarity with basis computer systems (MS Word, MS Excel & Internet)
- Able to type with 10 fingers
- Able to work to a deadline
- Strong character & leadership
- Good team player
- Able to work under pressure
