Mark your calendar and make a reservation for one of the few remaining seats for the Black Truffle & Bespoke Cocktail Pairing Dinner to be unveiled on Friday, January 17, 2020, at CIBO! – North Kuta’s popular restaurant, deli, and gelateria.

Four all-truffle courses will celebrate the exquisite and elusive Black Truffle – a subterranean fungus that is extraordinarily expensive - reflecting their rarity in nature and a taste that French gourmet Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin described as “the diamond of the kitchen.

The venue for this memorable evening is CIBO in North Kuta, Bali.

CIBO! is Italian for “food”. In Bali, CIBO! is synonymous with “comfort-Italian Style” a welcoming space where diners are greeted each day with outstanding home-made Italian bread and pastries, and “comfort” food with a definite north Italian bent reflecting the familial roots in Emilia Romagna of award-winning chef Diego Martinelli. A distinguished career with key assignments that include such names as Bulgari Hotels, Fullerton Hotel Singapore, and  - winning awards along the way as “Best Chef” and “Best Hotel Restaurant” in locations in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Joining forces with legendary mixologist "Ado" from The Shady Pig – Chef Diego has fashioned a four-course degustation menu with paired cocktails starting at 7:30 pm on Friday, January 17, 2020, commencing with a welcome cocktail and canapés before adjourning to the following four-courses – each served with unique signature cocktails:
