Pairing the best Spanish wines from Valdubon Ribera del Duero’s Vineyards with 5 delectable courses prepare by the Resort’s award-winning Master Chef Agung Gede, the evening of culinary conviviality begins at 7:00 pm with sparkling welcome of Cava and canapés followed by dinner.

Orchestrating the evening will be the Chief Sommelier of St. Regis Bali Jeroen Jochems accompanied by Ellison Harvey from Valdubon.

The Ribera del Duero Region is located in north central Spain near the town of Milagros. With vineyards covering 100 acres, Valdubon Ribera de Duero is world-renowned for vintages ranging from youthful Cosechas, spicey Crianzas, and aged Reservas cultivated scientifically using state-of-the-art technology to produce truly exceptional wines.

Each savored glass reveals the distinctively impressive character of Tempranillo grown in Ribera del Duero – the black grape that is the backbone of the full-bodied wines of the region that are quintessentially Spanish.

Advance booking is essential for this limited seating event with a cost of Rp. 1.6 million net per person that covers pre-dinner sparking Cava and Canapés, the 5-course dinner, and paired wines.
