What is the Dress Code for Naked Range Wine Dinner?

Naked Range 5-Course Wine Dinner at The Royal Santrian Luxury Beach Villa on Thursday, November 29, 2018

On Thursday, November 29, 2018, The Royal Santrian Luxury Beach Villas Bali will host a 5-course degustation menu lovingly prepared by Executive Chef Wayan Sirda and paired with 5 Naked Range Wines from the Jansz Estate in Victoria, Australia.

On hand to provide thoughtful commentary on the paired wines will be Mike Jansz of Naked Range Wines. Established in 1995, the Jansz Estate is located 40 km northwest of Melbourne, near the Yarra Valley Wine Region.

The unique microclimate and terroir have proven especially well-suited for the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay

  • TASTING NOTES: A blending of Chardonnay, Colombard, and Chenin Blanc. A clean and crisp drinking style – fruit driven. An uncomplicated sparkling wine. 11% alcohol.

  • TASTING NOTES: 7% alcohol content in a 100% Sauvignon Blanc wine. Clean and balanced structure supports fruit-filled palate that is a blend of passion fruit, fresh gooseberries with an underlying herbaceous character.

  • TASTING NOTES: Chardonnay predominates with a mix of approximately 25% Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical fruit character in a well-balanced, crisp wine that finishes clean and crisp. Alcohol 12,2%

Grilled Wagyu Beef with Potato Gratine

Sautéed Vegetables and Cherry Tomato Mushroom Sauce               

Pairing with Naked Range Merlot 2015           

  • TASTING NOTES: Displays typical varietal characters of plum, mulberry and berry fruits with hints of cinnamon spice and mocha. Matured in American Oak rendering a vanilla overture, soft, mellow and herbaceous. Ready to drink with fine tannins.
