Four-Hand Dinner Experience with Luca Fantin and Eelke Plasmeijer at Bvlgari Resort Bali – Tuesday, December 4, 2018

Two celebrated stars of the international culinary community - Luca Fantin and Eelke Plasmeijer - will join their four hands to create an exclusive 8-course dinner combining contemporary Italian and modern cuisine using the finest local and organic produce paired with selection of cocktails and premium wines in an intimate setting overlooking the Indian Ocean.

On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, Fantin and Plasmeijer will present their one-night-only four-hands dinner at Il Ristorante - the Bvlgari Resort Bali.

An undeniably one-of-a-kind event, this collaboration features two winners of this year’s Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, saluted for their cuisine style, philosophy, and culinary craftsmanship.

Eelke Plasmeijer

Eelke Plasmeijer is an award-winning Chef praised for his commitment to producing world-class dishes using only Bali’s finest and sustainable ingredients. His “reservations required” restaurant “Locavore” - as the name suggests, is all about local produce ranging from raw Balinese abalone to the Sumbawa Island oysters. Even the plating and glassware are hand-crafted from local workshops. Locavore has been selected as among “Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant” for 3 consecutive years, including the special accolade of "Highest Climber Award" in 2017.

The very first Italian chef in Japan to be awarded a Michelin star and other recognitions including ranking #28 in this year’s “Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants,” Luca Fantin also enjoys showcasing his interpretation of contemporary Italian cuisine with additional flair and inspiration drawn from the Island of Bali. His dishes reflect great attention to detail and respect for the highest-quality seasonal ingredients available lovingly brought to the diner with refined techniques and great creativity.

Luca Fantin and Eelke Plasmeijer will harmoniously create an exclusive 8-course dinner combining contemporary Italian and modern cuisine using the finest ingredients, including local and organic produce, paired with selection of cocktails and premium wines in the intimate setting of Il Ristorante overlooking the Indian Ocean.

Limited seating is available at IDR 2,500,000 net per person inclusive of cocktail and wine pairings.
