Massages, la Villa Mathis proposes treatments and massages resulting from ancient Balinese tradition : the Jamu remedies. This technique is composed of treatments based on herbs without any chemical additives, of which the recipies have been passed on from generation to generation in the heart of the Balinese families. Different massages and beauty care will be proposed to you.
Excursions, departure from the villa, numerous visits are proposed, unless you prefer to stroll by foot in the surrounding Balinese countryside to join the small sightful village of Umalas (that as the legend claims.) went to meet the Balinese people of smile and legendary kindness.
The Beach Club, at Batubelig Beach, at 10 minutes from the hotel (free shuttle), by foot (20mn) or by mountain bike through ricefields and woods. Warung with sunchairs, towels and shower on a nice wild beach at 1km from Petitenget and Seminyak Beach and the Kudeta.
Baby-sitting, the hosts of the villa have got a young child and will be glad to let your children profit by the nurse’s care during day-time, if you intend to take part in an island trip or want some intimacy.

La Villa Mathis is at Umalas (legend tells this place would be the God’s property and was once given to the people’s sacred guard) In the middle of landscapes of rice plantations and ten minutes from Seminyak beaches. Your place of visit is composed of an immense property of three villas divided onto 7000 m2, each villa having four or five bedrooms situated in large gardens, some villas with above floors offer superb views onto the surrounding rice plantations, a small lake, large green spaces, a place to dine and a pool completes the decoration of each villa.
La Villa Mathis is located in the countryside of Umalas, in the ricefields and few minutes from Seminyak and its day and nightlife, the "place to be" in Bali (free shuttles from the property in day – 10 minutes). The perfect location to enjoy the nature activities and stay in a real quiet area to be in contact with the way of living of Bali but at few minutes only from the best area for shopping, restaurants and bars.
