Traveldailymedia.com reports that Garuda Indonesia has postponed plans for direct flights between Jakarta and London, opting to fly non-stop to Amsterdam instead over the coming European Summer period.
Reportedly Garuda has had to change plans to fly to Gatwick when the time slots requested were not available.
Garuda will now reportedly start its new London service in September and not May, as originally planned.
The non-stop service to Amsterdam five time per week will operate using Boeing 777-300ER.
