After numerous delays while local and provincial officials argued over the legality of operating permits, the French hyper-market Carrefour finally opened for business Thursday, April 26, 2007 on the Sunset Road.
The massive shopping complex is open daily from 09:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
