Ubud’s world famous Amandari Resort has announced that it will close its doors for a major refurbishment from October 26, 2008 through January 22, 2009.
Rather than risk disturbing the precious tranquility of their guests staying in the Resort's 30 thatched-roof suites, the Resort has opted to close for three months while workers maintain the magic of the Sayan river boutique oasis.
During the refurbishment period the four remaining Amanresorts in Indonesia, including, Amanusa and Amankila in Bali, Amanwana on Moyo Island and Amanjiwo in Central Java will continue to operate as usual.
