More Flights Darwin to Bali
SkyAirWorld Set to Fly 14 Times Each Week Between Darwin and Bali.
Several Australian news reports tell of the imminent commencement of flights between Darwin and Bali operated by the Brisbane-based airline SkyAirWorld.
Set to be operated with 76-seat Embraer E-170 or 94-seat Embraer 190 flying an initial schedule of 14 flights per week starting in mid-February.
SkyAirWorld began services in 2007 and operates services to the Solomon Islands and Cairns. In granting permission to the airline to operate flights to Bali, the Australian International Air Services Commission cited SkyAirWorld's successful operation of scheduled air services to the Solomon Islands and the company's involvement in international charter flights.
The airline is also starting a joint operation with Timor Air for a daily service between Darwin and Dili, the capital of East Timor.
