Running from July 16 to August 1, 2010, the
Four Season's homage to
La Cucina Italiana has been masterminded by their in-house Milanese Chef Loris Pistillo. His buzz generating culinary talents will turn the Resort's
Taman Wantilan signature restaurant into an Italian
ristorante while the ambient remains tropical Balinese, befitting its name, which translates as "a special meeting place located in a secluded garden."
Diners will have a first-hand opportunity to discover why Chef Loris is acknowledged as an expert in the preparation of authentic Italian regional specialties incorporating modern Italian fine-dining innovations. Among the specialties on offer will include
Veal Piccata, Beef Sirloin Tagliata, Bucatini All'Amatriciana, Oven Roasted Mahi Mahi and
Pennette Norm. The Resort's wine cellar has also been stocked with a selection of excellent Italian wines as well as other outstanding vintages from around the world to complement the fine dining experience that awaits.
