In addition to wining the first prize, Bulgari also swept away two additional awards during the world class cooking competition hosted by Bali Culinary Professionals (BCP).

Ten regional teams took the challenge for a chance to move on to aubaequent competition at a national level. 8 talented teams from five star hotels in Bali, a team from Young Chefs Club Indonesia

is a team-based chefs competition showcasing high quality Australian red meat products to current and future chefs around the world. The challenge itself is a unique competition, where a team receives a black box containing ingredients 24 hours prior to the start of the competition.
