Bali resident and raw food enthusiast Diana Von Crannach will launch her recipe book "Rawfully Good Living Flavours of Southeast Asia" at a book-signing set for Friday, January 14, 2011, at 6:30 pm at Glow Restaurant at the COMO Shambhala Estate north of Ubud.
The book presents recipes developed by Diana during a four-year collaboration with COMO Shambhala developing raw cuisine and promoting its many natural health benefits.
Following the book signing a 10-course raw tasting menu will be available starting from 7:45 pm at a cost of Rp. 325,000 plus tax and service (US$43.70).
