To add extra spice to the entertainment options over the long Easter weekend in Bali, the fabled Rock Bar at the AYANA Resort and Spa will welcome Mike's Apartment for a limited 3-show engagement April 22-24, 2011.
The band purveys a sound sometimes identified as
"Pinoy Soul" and reminiscent of mid-90s acid jazz and jazz funk.
Acoustic and seductive, the
Mike's Apartment focuses on minimalist equipment in favor of close quarter vocal. The group's video and busy schedule of live performances have earned them a loyal following of fans for their growing list of recording beginning the
"Lover's/Quarrel" released in 2008.
