Marriott Courtyard Nusa Dua Opens in Bali.

Marriott International has opened it 900th Courtyard by Marriott property in Indonesia - The Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua.

The 250-room hotel is located within the Nusa Dua Complex - an areas dedicated exclusively to hotels, shops, restaurants and a championship golf course on the tip on the southernmost tip of Bali.

The new Marriott property is owned by PT Peninsula Bali Resort and is managed by Philip Spencer serving as General Manager.

A luxury property, each room features all the standard luxury amenities and original paintings by Balinese artist Gede Putra Udiyana.

The hotel's MoMo Café specializes in Asian cuisine and is open 24-hours a day and includes a special section dubbed MoMo 2 Go offering take-away food and beverage for those on the move.

The hotel also boasts a state-of-the-art gymnasium featuring the latest in fitness equipment and a team of personal trainers.

"We are very excited about entering into the Indonesian market," said Janis Milham, vice president and global brand manager for Courtyard by Marriott. "Global expansion is very important to Courtyard as 25 percent of our pipeline is outside of the United States. We have experienced significant growth in Asia recently where we are serving both business and leisure travelers."
