Naka Contemporary Art - a new gallery in Seminyak, Bali is organizing an art event in support of work done for Bali street dogs by Bali Adoption and Rescue Center (BARC), Bali Animal Welfare Association (BAWA) and Yudhistira Swarga Veterinary Clinic.
Oh, for Dogs' Sake!100 artists will create paintings expressing their love of dogs that will be on sales from May 21-June 21, 2011. Proceeds from the sale of these paintings will be donated to the three organization working actively in support of Bali's street dogs and on the front line of efforts to vaccinate the island's dog population against rabies.
