Christina Iskandar and Warisan Restaurant are hosting an evening dedicated to the physically handicapped and mentally challenged children between the ages of 10-17 who are assisted by the Institute for Physically and Mentally Handicapped Children (Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat Bali – YPAC) in Bali,
Established in 1982,
YPAC-Bali strives to give physically and mentally disadvantaged children the skills to assimilate with the community. There are currently 52 children served by the center. 20 are boarded at the Jimbaran facility, while the remainder visits the center on a daily basis.
On Friday, September 23, 2011,
Warisan Restaurant in Seminyak will host an art exhibition, silent auction, cocktail and dinner to aid the children of
YPAC-Bali. Artwork produced by the children will be exhibited and offered for sale via a silent auction.
Proceeds from the evening will be donated to the
YPAC.
Cocktails and Canapés will be served from 6 p.m. with dinner served between 7-9 p.m.. From 9 p.m. – 11:30 pm entertainment will be provided
Tickets cost Rp. 450,000 inclusive of tax and service (US$51).
