Those looking for the definitive Bali lunch-time experience need go no further than W Bali Seminyak Retreat and Spa and their critically acclaimed Starfish Bloo Restaurant.

Diners can choose the exotic abience afforded  “within”  by unique six-meter-high booths reminiscent of oversized traditional fish traps or can dine "al fresco" next to the hotel’s over-sized swimming pool. Dining Inside or out, they’ll enjoy uninterrupted views of the nearby Indian Ocean.

While the view’s are hard to equall, the real treats at Starfish Bloo are delivered via the culinary skills of Chef Jack Yoss who originates from the U.S.A. but has proven himself supremely skilled in his mastery of pan-Asian cuisine.

Yoss'  dishes are founded on the very best ingredients delicately augmented in the cooking process. Consider Yoss’ crisp oysters with shaved scallions, crush peanuts and locally-pressed chili oil; duck breasts smoked in green tea and rice; or succulent soy-and-mirin-braised pork bellies with black truffle lobster congee and crisp parsnips.

Monday through Saturday Lunch

Lunch time diners visiting Starifsh Bloo Monday through Saturday, between noon and 3:00 p.m,. can feast on a table d'hôte 3-course menu including a complimentary cocktail smash, glass of wine or a cold San Miguel for only Rp. 350,000 per person (US$40).

Sunday Brunch

The talk of the island , however, is Starfish Bloo’s Sunday brunches served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Stay for the duration and graze through the egg station, a variety of satays, sushi, desserts and much more. A DJ sets the mood for an afternoon of delicious food and conviviality with freinds and colleagues. 

Special activities for children are available.

Brunch costs Rp. 425,000 (US$49). For Rp. 1 Million (US$113) diners can enjoy both a brunch and a free-flow beverage package for sparkling wine, red or white wine, beer or smoothies. Sunday brunch services from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
