Green School Bali – the world-renowned and award-winning school located in the verdant hills of Bali is running a competition where a lucky and qualified student somewhere in the world will have the chance to attend “the Greenest School on Earth” for one year on a full scholarship.

Winner of the prestigious 2012 “Greenest School on Earth” award from the Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Green Building Council – Bali’s Green School has an unassailable commitment to be a model for sustainability. With striking bamboo architecture and a solar-powered campus that spans 20 acres, Green School is a natural, holistic, student-centered learning environment.

Green School has attracted nearly 300 preschool through high school students from more than 55 countries seeking a unique, nature-based, student-centered education.

To help celebrate Earth Day that will take place on April 22, 2013, The Green School is looking for the Greenest Student on Earth in its scholarship competition that is open for entries until Earth Day on April 22.

Conducted online, the Greenest Student on Earth Scholarship Competition is open to students aged 3-18 from around the globe.

In search of a future green leader for the world, the Bali Green School is actively seeking out a student doing amazing work to support the environment.

Applicants are urged to submit a 2-3 minute video of their green projects and explain why they should be considered the "greenest student on earth." Entries close on Earth Day, April 22, 2013 with the winner to be announced on June 5, 2013.

Tell The Green School in Bali why you are the Greenest Student on Earth and you could soon be packing your bags for a one-year scholarship to study at The Green School in Bali, Indonesia.
