Floats and other displays can be comprised of banners, signs, sandwich boards, posters, balloons, tee shirts . . . anything that helps convey the message.  Participants are encouraged to dress up, create a themed message, play music and bring friends along for a fun morning on the beach to spread the theme: Bali United Against HIV/AIDS.
