Bali United Against HIV/AIDS (BUAHA) is organizing a 90-minute beach walk on Sunday, December 1, 2013, starting from Hard Rock Café in Central Kuta and ending at Gado-Gado Beach near Jalan Dyhana Pura.

The Beach Walk starts at 08.30 am ending at 10.30 am.

Company, groups and individuals are encouraged to assemble floats and costume promoting messaged to help fight the deadly HIV virus. There is no charge for participation – just the need to bring a desire to stand together with members of the Bali community to demonstrate a commitment to help increase awareness of the need for safe sex and support those in need in our community.

Floats and other displays can be comprised of banners, signs, sandwich boards, posters, balloons, tee shirts . . . anything that helps convey the message.  Participants are encouraged to dress up, create a themed message, play music and bring friends along for a fun morning on the beach to spread the theme: Bali United Against HIV/AIDS.

The first 300 entrants registered on the day will receive a gift bag at the completion of the walk with a prize going to the best float.
