Time on his Hand

American Teenager Whole Stole Watch at Baliís Airport May Soon Have Lots of Time on his Hands in a Bali Prison.

(8/6/2017) A 19-year-old American man has been arrested in the international departure terminal at Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, caught trying to steal a wristwatch.

In police custody, the thief, IP Rushton, told police he was holidaying in Bali.

Beritabali.com says the man was caught in possession of a Fossil Brand wristwatch that he had just stolen from a shop at the airport.

A shopkeeper alerted police when she noticed a watch was missing. A quick review by airport security of CCTV footage precipitated an airport-wide search for Rushton, a North Carolinian resident.

The young man was found at a money changer where he was arrested by police officers and airport security and taken into custody for an eventual prosecution that could result in several years in prison.
