(6/17/2013) Amanusa’s Italian Restaurant has a special evening of outstanding cuisine and premier wines planned for Friday, June 21, 2013, when wines from Australia’s Howard Park and Mad Fish Wineries will complement the kitchen artistry of the resort’s Eexecutive chef Chau Doan

The fun begins at 7:00 on at the Amanusa Bar where canapés will be served accompanied by Mad Fish Unwooded Chardonnay.

A six-course degustation menu follows.
