Garuda Ranks as Indonesia’s Best Brand

For Third Consecutive Year Garuda Indonesia Brand Gets Top Ranking from YouGov Brand Index

Garuda prevailed over a number of international brands in winning this award for the third year running.

The CEO of Garuda Indonesia, Ari Askhara, reacting to the award, said: “It is a singular source of pride that Garuda Indonesia was the main choice of the public in selecting the best brand in Indonesia. This decision shows the strong faith, loyalty, and satisfaction of the public in the Garuda brand and the current work synergy of Garuda Indonesia.”

Askhara explained that the award must be linked to the hard efforts all parties, particularly the employees of Garuda Indonesia, who continue to defend the Airline’s reputation as the National Flag Carrier while committing to the best service and operational standards that provide a positive brand image to the public.

The Airline’s CEO continued, saying that in the midst of the challenges posed by the situation of the airline industry at the moment, winning the top brand award will further motivate Garuda’s team members to optimize their service to passengers.

Within the category of Indonesian brands on the YouGov Brand Index, Garuda Indonesia scored 65.9. Other Indonesian brands ranking high in the index include WhatsApp, Indomie, Aqua, and Google.

Scores are based on the public’s perception of brand quality, reputation, and customer satisfaction
