Balinese Cooking is a creative process that is simple and lots of fun. In the Aneka Balinese Cooking Class, you will learn the techniques of the Balinese kitchen and become familiar with the use of fresh herbs, spices and the other ingredients that make Balinese food delightfully tasty.
Over the course of the day you will explore different ways to blend and balance the varied flavours that create a stimulating array of unique tastes that are the hallmark of Indonesian cooking.
Through informative demonstrations and hands-on experience, you'll learn how to prepare a breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dine together with other students over an assortment of exquisite dishes, from satay and grilled fish and curries to black rice pudding dessert.
