The InterContinental Bali Sanur collaborates with a “Den of Thieves” to present Easter Brunch on 17 April 2022 at the beachside Pier Eight Bar and Restaurant.
The 40 Thieves Club is a popular New York-style speakeasy located on Jalan Petitenget in Kerobokan, specializing in craft cocktails and artisanal spirits served with consummate savoir-faire. The 40 Thieves Club in Bali was created by Shah Dillan, the Founder and Owner of The Midnight Brigade PTE LTD, a Singapore company that operates boutique bar concepts around Southeast Asia.
A Singapore national cocktail champion in 2010, Shah Dillan has deployed his more than two decades of experience in mixology to develop enticing drinks presented in trendy venues.
Pier Eight Bali at the InterContinental Bali Sanur brings a motley crew of 40 Thieves engaged in a “Bar Take Over” by Cloak & Dagger Mixologists for Easter Brunch on 17 April 2022 from 12 noon until 4:00 pm. The master mixologist from the private bar, Cloak & Dagger, Aldi Cheng, will present four signature cocktails at the Sanur Beachside Easter Brunch:
- Daytona Beach Killer
- Margaret Martin
- Boogeyman
- Biggie and Tupac.
Sip on the artisanal cocktail while gazing at the Indian Ocean just a few steps away. Meanwhile, the rest of the family can enjoy a leisurely Sunday brunch indulging in a sumptuous buffet featuring fresh garden salads, a selection of grilled meats and seafood, and a lavish dessert counter.
Accompanying children are free to play in the sand or explore the Resort’s creative Kids Corner.
Throughout the afternoon live entertainment will provide musical accompaniment, punctuated by the announcement of a lucky draw winner for a 1-night stay in a 2-bedroom villa at the InterContinental Bali Sanur Resort.
The Easter Sunday Brunch at Pier 8 is available at Rp. 490,000 net per person, including mineral water, juices, and mocktails. Children under 12 years of age will receive a 50% discount.
