Preparing to host meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) in the post-pandemic age, the Grand Hyatt Bali is pioneering the first hybrid meeting studio in Indonesia as an integral part of their 636 luxury rooms and suites Resort in Nusa Dua, Bali.
The hybrid meeting studio features the latest audio-visual technology and Internet connectivity to facilitate Bali meetings and connect to participants and contributors worldwide.
Meeting participants in Bali and staying at the 5-star property situated on a spacious 3.8-hectare site will enjoy the added security of Bali’s strict cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and environmental protocols rigorously applied from the moment of airport transfer until departure.
Marco Groten, the general manager of The Grand Hyatt Bali and Area Vice President Hyatt Indonesia, is enthusiastically promoting the hybrid meeting studio to the public as a “complete solution” for the fast-changing MICE market in Bali.
Grand Hyatt Bali developed the concept for the hybrid meeting studio in cooperation with Inspired International – a company organizing large-scale hybrid meetings internationally. Among this company’s achievements includes virtual meetings conducted over a network of 30 hubs, operating simultaneously across a range of time zones and in three languages.
The hybrid meeting studio has at its disposal full-frame video cameras, six-meter wide green screens, and Internet connections available to a speed of 100 Mbps. The state-of-the-art technology is operated by a team of qualified professionals and camera operators on hand throughout a meeting event.
The Grand Hyatt Bali is offering a range of meeting package options to meet the needs of MICE clientele. For more information, telephone +62-(0)361-77 1234 or Email or by visiting The Studio at The Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua, Bali.
