Bastille Day Dinner at Mozaic Gastronomique in Ubud – Sunday, July 14, 2019

French nationals and Francophiles would be well-advised to reserve a seat at Chris Salans’ Mozaic Gastronomique to enjoy 6 or 8-courses of truly authentic French cuisine accompanied with carefully-paired premium Grand Cru wines.

Authenticity on what will be a quintessentially French evening is guaranteed by the lead role played by Chef Extraordinaire Chris Salans. Born to an American Father and a French Mother, Chris’ mom whisked her Son to France shortly after he was ready for solid foods. In his Mother’s land, he was carefully tutored in the refinements of the French kitchen, including graduating from the Lyceum of French Culinary cooking - Le Cordon Bleu.

Proof that Salans studied well and became a successful life-long student of the Culinary Arts as evidenced by his recent induction into to the prestigious pantheon of French demigods of the kitchen - Association des Maîtres Cuisiniers de France.

The la fête nationale - Bastille Day at the Mozaic Gatsronomique will be on Sunday, July 14, 2019, with reservations accepted between 6:00 until 9:30 pm.

An unwavering commitment to quality dining means only 60 guests can be accommodated, making reservations an absolute necessity.
