Charity High Tea Featuring Fashion Textiles by Warwick Purser and John Hardy Jewelry at The Legian Seminyak Bali
Join an elegant afternoon "high-tea" served at the Bali’s elite seaside venue of The Legian Seminyak on Friday or Saturday, September 27-28, 2019, and help the many children aided by the Bali Children Foundation (BCF) and Matahari Terbit Centre. The event will operate on each day from 2:30 - 5:00 pm.
Bali Children Foundation
Established in 2002, BCF assists disadvantaged children and their families in more than 76 villages in Bali, Nusa Lembongan, Ceningan, Lombok and The Gili Islands. In times of disaster, BCF comes to the fore providing health and dental care, disability management, and environmental solutions. On a day to day basis, BCF provides educational scholarships, English courses, computer programs, and ongoing education opportunities.
Matahari Terbit Center
The Matahari Terbit Center is located in Kerobokan, Bali where it provides assistance to physically disabled children in Bali through the age of 16 years. Education assistance and expert physical therapies are provided centered on a safe, supportive classroom environment. The Center’s approach to the children they serve is holistic encompassing therapy, education, pastoral care, medical support and independence training.
The afternoon high-tea that will take place over two-days will include a fashion show collaboration and display by Indonesian designers including the renowned Warwick Purser@Equatorial, jewelry by John Hardy, Re Intimates Lingerie by Renata Oorbeek, hats by Mayva Ecuadorian Couture, and shoes and bags by Elaine Miow. Live entertainment will be provided by Eva Scolaro.
Presale tickets are available for Rp. 450,000 net or at the door for Rp. 500,000 net.
