The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, has appointed Subin Dharman, a 48-year-old Qatari, as the General Manager of the 313-room South Bali luxury resort, effective December 2023.
A seasoned hotelier with 20 years of experience in properties located across the Asia Pacific, USA, Middle East, and Europe, previous management appointments include management roles at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan; The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta Pacific Place; W Bali Seminyak; Hotel Missoni (Kuwait); Radisson Blu in Bali; Sheraton Bahrain.
As General Manager, Subin Dharman will oversee the 313 oceanfront suites and villas, five restaurants and bars, a convention center with a ballroom, four meeting rooms, a boardroom and three spacious lawns, an iconic wedding chapel, and The Ritz-Carlton Spa, ensuring that each guest’s experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Commenting on his most recent appointment, Dharman said, “It’s an honor to be at the helm of this exceptional property.” He added, “Ladies and gentlemen at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, will continue to present the timeless charms of Indo-Balinese hospitality.”
The multilingual Dharman brings a high level of hospitality expertise to the role of General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Bali.
Subin Dharman is married to Meneka, and together, they are the proud parents of two boys, Vivan and Inara. He enjoys reading, traveling, and fitness training in his leisure time.
