AirAsia Indonesia will open five new domestic air routes beginning in December 2020.
The five new routes can be booked at special promotional rates to passengers holding an AirAsia Unlimited Pass.
The five routes are:
– Jakarta – Padang (10 times a week)
– Jakarta – Pekanbaru (10 times a week)
– Jakarta – Palembang (11 times a week)
– Jakarta – Pontianak (14 times a week)
– Bandung – Bali (3 times a week)
Quoted by Kompas.com, the CEO of AirAsia Indonesia, Beranita Yosephine Sinaga, said: “The opening of these five new routes resulted from positive input received from the public wishing more regional flights.
Veranita said AirAsia remains committed to provide attractive offers and undertake interesting promotion. The Airline’s CEO says they intend to support Indonesian tourism and strengthen the national economy by providing safe and healthy air transportation.
AirAsia is offering flexible rescheduling and refund policies for those booking the five new domestic routes. Prices begin from Rp. 282,000 for the route Jakarta-Palembang, Rp. 428,000 for the route Jakarta-Pontianak, Rp. 471,000 to fly Jakarta-Pekanbaru, Rp. 489.000 to fly Jakarta Padang, and Rp. 745,000 to fly from Bandung to Bali.
These prices are available without tax until 31 December 2020 under a special travel incentive offered by the Government from 13 Indonesian airports.
