Change of Command at Bali Police

Bali’s Provincial Chief of Police Inspector General I Putu Jayan Danu Putra and Deputy Provincial Chief Brigadier General Ketut Suardana have been transferred to new positions in the national police force as part of a routine command rotation.

Bali’s Chief of Police and Deputy-Chief are being transferred to new within the Indonesian police. Inspector General Irjen Putu Jayan Danu Putra’s new position is as Pati Baintelkam Polri in a supervisory intelligence and security role within the National Police, while Brigadier General Ketut Suardana new assignment is within the criminal division of the National Police.

Bali’s new chief of police is Brigadier General Ida Bagus K. Putra Narendra. Narendra was born in Tabanan Bali in 1966, graduating from the Indonesian Police Academy in 1991. His most recent assignment was with the logistics department of the National police, answering directly to the National Chief of Police.

The new Provincial Deputy Chief of Police is Brigadier General I Gusti Kade Budhi Harryarsana is a native Balinese who previously served as a program director at the National Police Academy.
