Lion Air has announced a new non-stop service connecting Medan’s Kualanamu International Airport and Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport that will fly 4 X each week starting on 06 December 2024.
The MES-DPS flight service will operate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Quoted in detik.com, Danang Mandala Prihantoro, Corporate Communications Strategic for the Lion Group, said: “The new route has been introduced to give tourists and business people in North Sumatra a more comfortable and faster connection to the Island of Bali.
The new direct connection from Medan to Bali is also expected to attract travelers originating from Banda Aceh, Meilaboh, Lhokseumawa, Simeulue, Takengon, Gunung Sitoli, Batam, Padang, and Pekanbaru cities that can now all access the new direct flight service to Bali via Medan’s airport.
The new service will also provide convenient onward flight connections to destinations in West and East Nusa Tenggara and Australia.
