Lion Air is opening a new route connecting the Island of Bali and Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan to start on Friday, 24 November 2023.
Flights between Banjarmasin’s Syamsuddin Noor International Airport and Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport will operate round-trip daily.
Lion Air Group’s Strategic Corporate Communication Director, Danang Mandala Prihantoro, said on Tuesday, 07 November 2023: “The launching of this new route will enhance the choices for international and domestic flights enjoyed by the general public, business people, and tourists.”
As reported by Kompas.com, the Banjarmasin-Bali flights will operated with Boeing 737-800NG aircraft configured with 189 economy seats or Boeing 737-900ER with 215 economy seats.
Banjarmasin – Denpasar
The Banjarmasin Denpasar flight JT-845 will leave South Kalimantan at noon, arriving in Bali at 1:20 pm.
Denpasar-Banjarmasin
The return flight, JT-844, will leave Bali at 2:00 pm,, landing in Banjarmasin at 3:10 pm.
