Garuda Ranked Among World’s Best by AirHelp

AirHelp – an international company that protects air passenger rights, has released the 2024 list of the Top 100 International Airlines.

The final selection for the list is based on customer service, on-time performance, and the quality with which they handle claims and complaints.

The three criteria, weighted evenly, were reviewed from 01 January through 31 October 2024. Over this period, AirHelp conducted a survey covering 54 countries, looking deeply at the accuracy of scheduled flight performance and the quality of customer care as seen from the handling of compensation claims.

On the final list, Indonesia’s National Flag Carrier, Garuda Indonesia, received the admirable ranking of #13 among the 109 airlines reviewed.
